Biscuits of Autumn


  • 20 grams of chestnut flour

  • 80 grams of spelt flour

  • 80 grams of rice flour

  • 50 grams of cornstarch (Maïzena)

  • 125 grams of sugar

  • 2 big eggs

  • a pinch of salt

  • 1 packet of yeast

  • 20 centiliters of sunflower oil

  • chocolate chips


  • a baking sheet

Cooked without butter, these biscuits look like cookies. They are just less fat. Made with flavours of Autumn, they will delight your upcoming snacks, my friends !

Caution :

Do not forget we aren't allowed to cook alone ! An adult must stay with us. See Instructions.

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Preheat oven at 180° Celsius.

  3. Butter the baking sheet.

  4. Make small heaps of dough on this baking sheet using a small spoon you fill generously each time.

  5. Cook for 15 and 18 minutes when oven is hot. The time depends on the size of your biscuits. You must judge by yourself.
