Pancakes filled with apple

Ingredients

  • 1 pancakes dough

  • 4 big apples

  • 1 packet (=a teaspoon) of vanilla sugar

  • 40 grams of butter

Steps

Caution :

  1. Prepare the pancakes dough as explained in the link and let rest it for one hour.

  2. Peal apples and cut them in medium pieces.

  3. Heat a stove and let melt the butter.

  4. Add the pieces of apples and the vanilla sugar. Add a glass of water and let them cook over a low heat by turning regularly. Add water again if necessary.

  5. When apples are enough cooked and there are still pieces in the compote, stop the cooking.

  6. Let warm the preparation.

  7. Heat the pancake pan and cook pancakes like you know doing it.

  8. Preheat oven at 180° Celsuis.

  9. Take a pancake and put into its center two soup spoons of compote.

  10. Make a bag as on the photo and close it with a piece of food thread by making a knot.

  11. Do the same with the following pancakes.

  12. Butter a baking sheet and put the bags on.

  13. Put into oven during 5 minutes.
