Chocolate Fondant Cake with Hazelnuts


  • 200 grams of black chocolate

  • 125 grams of hazelnuts in powder

  • 3 eggs

  • 100 gram of sugar in powder

  • 3 tablespoons of oil (ex: sunflower oil)

  • 3 tablespoon of cornstarch (Maïzena)


  • a square glass baking pan


This cake is a treat ! Feast days, we can serve it with ice cream, vanilla for example.

Caution :
Do not forget we aren't allowed to cook alone ! An adult must stay with us. See Instructions.

  1. Break the chocolate in pieces in a bowl. Add a few water and put it in the microwave oven for 30 seconds at low power. Repeat this operation if necessary, until the chocolate is well melted.

  2. In another bowl, mix eggs and sugar.

  3. Add hazelnuts, melted chocolate, oil and cornstarch.

  4. Preheat oven at 180°Celsius.

  5. Butter the cake pan and pour the preparation.

  6. Cook for 25 minutes.
